Conventions & Board of Directors Meetings

There are four Board of Directors meetings each year (September, November, February and April) with the April meeting being held in conjunction with the annual convention. For reservations, contact the Meetings Chairman Anne Forrester at agforrester@verizon.net

Please Note the following:

   1. Rate guaranteed until September 19, 2010
   2. Rates quoted are for TWO people per room
   3. They will charge your card $315 deposit (per room) when you make the reservation
   4. There is a $25 per room per night Resort Fee – they will split it between the people in       the room
   5. Valet parking is $20 per night. But you may self-park for free and a shuttle will pick you    up at the lot.
   6. The dates on the form are November 3-10. That is not a misprint. They will honor the       rate on all those days. Our meeting is November 5-7.
