Meetings

Regular meetings are held on the first Monday of each month (October through June) at Riverdale Presbyterian Church at 6513 Queens Chapel Road in University Park, Maryland. You are invited to mingle beginning at 11:30 a.m. Lunch begins at noon followed by a business meeting and guest speaker at 12:30 p.m. Guests are always welcome.

January 2010

The annual "White Elephant" auction was a great success. Our thanks to the club and community members who donated items and purchased new treasures.

December 2009

Holiday Luncheon at Riversdale Mansion with Tour of the historic home and grounds

The long-established holiday events were well received and helped the club raise funds toward our annual scholarships and community service activities. The Candlelight House Tour featured five homes decked out in holiday decor, and a final stop at the holiday boutique offered unique gift items for purchase with a portion of proceeds to the club. Winners were again selected for the best holiday decorations in the community with winners receiving a gift card from Will's Decorating Center in Beltsville, MD.

Club members were delighted to help spread some holiday cheer at the Family Crisis Center by "adopting" a family and providing much needed items and gifts for the children.
