Special Events:
- Book Group meets 3rd Monday of the month. Our book enthusiasts enrich their own lives as well as those at a
nursing home with readings and book reviews.
- Drama Group meets 2nd Thursday of the month. Plays are read monthly, presented by a rotating selection of directors
and "actors" within the group.
- Bridge Group meets monthly but times may vary. Participants play a marathon from October through May and donate
to a local charity.
- Garden Club meets 4th Mondays of each month. A variety of speakers educate members each month. Activities include
decorating tables for the Christmas luncheon, holding the Spring Plant Sale, and working on community gardens. This group offers Garden
Therapy programs at the Kensington Park Retirement and Nursing Facility.
